   100%	when credit card has not been charged AND flowers have not been ordered from our supplier.
   90%	when credit card has been charged AND flowers have not been ordered from our supplier.
   30%	after flowers have been ordered from our supplier.

2. How can I submit a cancellation request?
   
   To cancel the order, please call +91-9230721098. Alternatively, may write to kfg@KeralaFlowersGifts.com Details such as Transaction ID, name of the sender and the recipient, and the telephone number of the recipient must be entered correctly as per printed on the receipt.
